Can you imagine what it would be like to have a fast recovery from your implant surgery? That is a reality now here at Watt Antelope Family Dentistry with Yomi® - our surgical robot.
Robot-assisted surgery offers haptic robotic guidance to intensify the skilled implant dentistry teams’ clinical expertise and delivers minimally invasive repeatable surgical precision.
Yomi® enables our doctors to make tiny incisions to insert your implant posts. These small incisions result in less discomfort and faster healing, meaning a quick return to normal life.
We are the ONLY center in the Greater Sacramento area to offer minimally invasive surgery utilizing robotic technology in implant surgeries.
By investing in the latest 3D digital imaging technology and implementing a digital workflow system, we can now offer greater precision during the planning and execution stages of your dental implant treatment.
When placing dental implants, we can ensure their exact position over traditional methods. Our device allows us to capture detailed digital images of your teeth, gums, and bone and facial structure, resulting in a treatment plan executed accurately, predictably, and efficiently.
This way, your smile will be exactly how it was meant to look.
Many implant specialists only use a CBCT scanner, but not many use this new technology. We are one of the few dental offices in the North Highlands/Sacramento, CA area using it!

Let's Get Started
Dental implants give you the ability to bite and chew your food. They can also be crucial to smiling and speaking properly. Your teeth are one of the first things people notice about you. When you lose your teeth, no matter how many, your sense of confidence may begin to change as you face new oral health issues such as an inability to comfortably smile and socialize with your friends.
Dental Implants are small Zirconia or titanium rods which are surgically inserted into your jawbone. The bone fuses to them during healing, providing strong, stable support for your new teeth.
Now is the time to take care of your health and enjoy a bright and beautiful smile.
At Watt Antelope Family Dentistry we are dedicated to always providing you with the highest quality dental care. With laser surgery we can reduce your amount of time in the chair, shorten healing times, decrease pain, and ensure that your dental experience is comfortable and positive.
Laser dentistry is an exciting new way to perform dental procedures by using a highly focused beam of light to precisely remove and shape tissue. It is often used to perform procedures such as:
Gum Recontouring and Disinfecting
Remove the decayed or damaged portion of a tooth
Treat Periodontal Disease
Laser dentistry is less invasive and reduces the risk of pain, infection, and recession compared to traditional periodontal surgery.
At Watt Antelope Family Dentistry, we’re committed to delivering top-quality dental care through advanced technology that puts your comfort first.
That includes laser dentistry and the BLAST Protocol (Biostimulation-Lase-Activation-Stimulation-Technique) a powerful combination for faster healing, better results, and less discomfort.
Laser dentistry allows us to precisely reshape or remove tissue with minimal pain and faster recovery. It’s ideal for gum recontouring, treating periodontal disease, and removing decay—offering a gentler alternative to traditional surgery.
If you’ve been told you’re not a candidate for implants due to gum disease or bone loss, BLAST may change that.
Removes bacteria and infected tissue
Speeds up healing by activating bone and gums
Boosts stability and appearance with precise placement
Minimizes complications through soft tissue control
Maximizes long-term success with smart timing
Whether you need a single implant or a full-mouth restoration, BLAST allows us to deliver durable, functional, and beautiful smiles, even for patients previously considered high-risk.
Your journey to a confident smile starts here, with technology designed to give you the best possible outcome.

Hear from some of our happy patients!
"I've had two other implants done by another dentist and had to return for adjustments, but having had my new implant done using the robotic method, there was no pain and it fit perfectly. I now have no problems flossing, and do not have any discomfort. Dr. Pandya, thank you for caring, and for the wonderful dental work."
Elizabeth Bitsilly
"I had a very pleasant experience while getting dental work done. I went in nervous, but the staff and dentist were very caring and they explained step-by-step what they were doing. I felt very comfortable and I'll most definitely return to complete my dental care there. The dentist is one of the best."
Tammy Moralez
"They are amazing, caring people. After a year of fighting with other specialists and dentists, and even the insurance company to get help for an infection, they took care of me right away. I am so grateful to them. Great staff. Gentle techniques. Clean, and current technology. I can't say enough good things about them!"
